  • File handling: Uploaded files are processed over HTTPS and automatically deleted after a short period once processing completes.
  • Outputs: You are responsible for reviewing converted files for accuracy, formatting, and compliance before use.

3. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific tools or limits) with or without notice. We’re constantly improving infrastructure for speed and reliability; maintenance windows may occur.

Heads up: Capacity limits, fair-use protections, and anti-abuse controls help keep the Service fast for everyone.

4. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (if available). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of your files. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process those files solely to provide the Service (e.g., convert, compress, or export formats). We do not sell your files or use them for advertising.

9. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

  • Free plan: Limited monthly conversions with access to core tools.
  • Pro plan: Paid subscription with additional features (e.g., unlimited conversions, priority processing). See Pricing.
  • Billing: If enabled, subscriptions may auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account.
  • Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time Pro purchases if the Service does not meet your needs. Abuse of the policy may result in denial.
  • Taxes/fees: Prices may exclude applicable taxes or payment processing fees in your region.

10. Third-Party Services

Our site may display advertisements (including Google AdSense) and link to third-party websites or app stores. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
